iCADA receives the Editors' Choice Best Product Award for its Reticle
Management Software.
LUDWIGSHAFEN, Germany -- In developing a product that is truly making a difference in semiconductor manufacturing, iCADA GmbH received the prestigious Editors' Choice Best Product Award, presented annually by Semiconductor International magazine, for its Reticle Management Software (RSM). Semiconductor International announced 12 winners whose products are making a difference in semiconductor manufacturing.
The iCADA Reticle Management Solution is a software package for litho engineers and fab managers who no longer can effort worrying about reticles. It takes care of the entire reticle life cycle within the fab. Unlike other solutions it is hardware independent and provides the entire package from mask-house hook up, look-ahead inspection, just in time delivery, error cause backtracking, etc.
"The Editors' Choice Best Products program differs from other awards in that products must be nominated by users, not by people who make or sell them. We receive input from multiple users for each product to verify that each has successfully shown superior performance in semiconductor manufacturing," noted Semiconductor International Editor-in-Chief, Peter Singer.
